If you are scheduled for a delivery, we need access to the room when we arrive. Please coordinate pick-up with your venue, hotel, wedding coordinator or responsible party. It's helpful to provide several contact phone numbers to increase the chance of good communication. We want to do our best to see that one late delivery doesn't affect the next.
If you are scheduled for a PICK-UP, we need ACCESS to the items (or storage area) when we arrive. Please coordinate pick-up with your venue, hotel, wedding coordinator or responsible party. When we arrive to pickup items and the facilities manager should be available to show us where the items are stored.
Chair covers range $3.50 – $4.75. Cushions for the Chavari Chairs are 1.00 each.

Chair treatments are less expensive than chair covers and can really add style and accent to your seating accommodations. We can work with you to offer chair treatment possibilities or you can design. Chair treatments are a great alternative to chair covers and can accommodate many budgets.
Need help with the serving and presentation details? We will bring everything needed to serve your guests and enough staff to provide great service. We will coordinate equipment needs with your local restaurant and transfer food to the appropriate trays or chafers. Our staff will set up before the event, then serve, replenish and clean up after the event. Lastly, we'll take all of our rentals with us at the conclusion of your event.
When you schedule a design consultation, feel free to bring in color swatches, photos that inspire you and any other materials to help give us an idea of the look that you wish to create. Many of our brides like to meet with the florist during our design consultation so that we can design a cohesive and beautiful look that will flow throughout your space. Let us know if you would like to have our florist sit in on the design meeting.
